乙醯化抗體

專案	時間	抗原材料
乙醯化多株抗體	3個月	乙醯化peptide 非乙醯化peptide	出貨標準>0.2mg已純化磷酸化抗體+剩下血清 >Pre-Serum 兩隻兔子各1mL 血清當作 negative control 可以確認兔子裡面沒有會跟客戶抗原反應的抗體以防止偽陽性反應的結果 >免疫3-4次時提供Pre-Test Serum供客戶實驗挑選其中一隻兔子繼續進行後續免疫與血清純化
多株抗體免疫失敗材料費			多株抗體免疫失敗定義：若免疫之抗原效價皆符合出貨規格，但客戶實際檢體無法運用。則不出貨但需收取材料費。
乙醯化單株抗體	5-6個月	乙醯化peptide 非乙醯化peptide	出貨標準: 2株細胞株 (>106 Cells)+ 3ml 腹水 (1株) 出貨5株細胞培養液 (5ml)供客戶測試，最後可挑選2株細胞株，最後可挑選1株陽性株進行腹水生產。陽性株定義：ELISA吸收值扣除背景值後>0.5吸收值。
單株抗體免疫失敗材料費			單株抗體免疫失敗定義：若免疫之抗原效價(peptide 或protien)皆符合出貨規格，但客戶實際檢體無法運用。則不出貨但需收取材料費。
