• 產品類型：Hematoxylin and Eosin (H&E) 蘇木精-伊紅染色試劑 / 組織化學染色試劑

染色原理與效果

• Hematoxylin（蘇木精）：屬於鹼性染料，主要用來染細胞核（以及染色質、核糖體等帶負電的嗜鹼性結構），呈現清晰、強烈的藍色至藍紫色。
• Eosin（伊紅）：屬於酸性染料，主要用來染細胞質、紅血球、肌肉與膠原蛋白等帶正電的嗜酸性結構，呈現不同深淺的粉紅至紅色。
• 應用價值：兩者搭配能提供極佳的色彩對比，使病理學家與研究人員能夠清楚辨識細胞形態、組織結構及病變特徵。

Introduction:
Eosin Y solution is a ready-to-use solution that can be used for routine staining in the hematoxylin-eosin staining process (H&E). The H&E staining process is the most frequently used staining method for histological material. Due to the hematoxylin solution, the nuclei will appear blue to dark violet in color and the Eosin Y solution will stain the cytoplasma and intercellular substances red-orange.
Form:
Liquid. Ready-to-use. For research use only.

Suggested Use Procedure:
1. Deparaffinize and rehydrate formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue section.
2. Wash briefly in distilled water.
3. Stain in Mayer’s Hematoxylin Solution for 2-5 minutes.
4. Wash in running tap water for 5 minutes.
5. Rinse in 95% alcohol, 10 dips.
6. Counterstain in Eosin Y solution for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
7. Absolute ethanol 10 dips Clearing in xylene and mount.

Storage and Stability:
Store at room temperature. Do not freeze. The user must validate any other storage conditions. When properly stored, the reagent is stable to the date indicated on the label. Do not use the reagent beyond the expiration date.
